Beadself is a small studio making handmade bead jewellery and accessories in limited batches. Our website is operated by 山木木兮网络科技有限公司 (Shanmumuxi Network Technology Co., Ltd.). You can reach us at huangffang223@163.com.
2. Products and descriptions
Every piece is made by hand, so slight variations in size, colour, and finish are normal and are part of what makes each item unique. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen. Photographs and measurements are provided as a guide. We may change, discontinue, or restock products at any time.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it. If a price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and cleared.
6. Shipping and delivery
We dispatch orders within the handling time shown on our website. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delivery times depend on carriers, customs, and postal services. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied to your parcel are the customer’s responsibility. Where a delivery is not collected or is refused, any return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
